» Steve Burton (Founder / Principal)

Steve founded the PCS Finance Group in 1995 after building 14 years of experience at NAB specialising in Management Rights and is the longest serving financier in the industry.

Steve has helped shape the finance offered to Management Rights businesses by developing structures and finance products now used by the major banks. In 1995, Steve instigated the reduction of rates for existing borrowers and over the years has helped increase the amount a client can borrow.

Importantly, Steve is also a silent partner/investor in Management Rights businesses and therefore has invaluable insight into the needs required through personal experience.

Steve is a Senior Associate with FINSIA (Financial Services Institute), presents at QMAS seminars, lectures at Bond University and is corporate and partnership advisor to some of Australia’s largest Management Rights operators.

Steve’s personable approach means hundreds of new Management Rights’ owners seek his advice on setting up a successful business.

» Lisa Peters (Partner)

Lisa joined the PCS Finance Group in 1998 and became a Partner in 2006. Lisa’s industry knowledge and extensive experience focuses on assisting clients purchase a Management Rights business and on partnership lending. Lisa holds a full real estate license and is currently studying a Diploma of Financial Services.

Leading by example, Lisa is a silent partner/investor in eight separate Management Rights businesses.

» Damien Windle (Partner)

Damien brings 15 years of banking, lending and Management Rights experience to the PCS Finance Group, establishing the Brisbane Office in May 2004. Damien’s considerable prior industry experience at major banks including Westpac, Suncorp and Bank of Queensland gives an in-depth knowledge of products and industry trends.

Damien is focusing on working with clients investing in the growing Management Rights market in Brisbane, offering unique local knowledge in the industry. Additionally Damien is proving invaluable at assisting clients with their full spectrum of commercial and residential needs.

Damien’s knowledge of bank products and processes ensure clients receive an optimal borrowing and business result.

Additionally, Damien holds a Diploma of Financial Services.
