PCS Finance is a member of the PCS Finance Group, established in 1995 on the Gold Coast as the first business finance broker in Queensland to work on a ‘no fee to customers’ basis. At the same time, Founder Steve Burton was heavily involved in the Finance Brokers Association of Queensland that became what is today the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA).

PCS Finance focuses on providing a full range of business and residential lending services, and importantly is an industry leading specialist in the niche area of Management Rights. Over the years, Steve has worked alongside bank lenders to develop niche lending products for the Management Rights industry. This means there is now a selection of lenders on hand who can provide a variety of competitive products for PCS Finance to draw from when making recommendations to clients.

The PCS Finance Group is continuing to grow, arranging over $100 million in lending for approximately 130 Management Rights businesses in 2007.
