PCS Finance will organise the paperwork to submit your loan application. To ensure the process is smooth, the following is a checklist to help you gather all of the appropriate information for a formal approval. Prior to requesting this information we will assist with a pre-approval.

- Tax Return copies for the last two years (personal and business)
- Resume (brief work history)
- 100 points (witnessed by a JP)
- Contract copies for the Managers’ Unit and the Business
- Copy of the Management and Letting Agreements
- Copy of Accountant’s Report
- Trust Deed
- Company Certificate
- Letter from Accountant confirming taxes are paid and up to date
100 Point ID Check (choose from the following options)
70 points (only one item from this list will be accepted)
- Birth Certificate
- Current Passport
- Citizenship Certificate
40 points (name, photo and signature)
- Drivers’ Licence
- Government Issued Permit
- Public Service ID Card
- Social Security ID Card
35 points (name and address verified from):
- Land Titles Office records
- Mortgage document
25 points
(Your name on two cards from different banks score 25 points each, two or more from the same bank only score 25 points in total):
- ATM Card
- Master Card
- Visa Card
- Bank Card
(Your name on):
- Marriage Certificate
- Medicare Card
- Council Rates Notice
- Membership card - union, club, association, library, video library
(Your name and address verified from):
- Electoral Roll
- Landlord
- Public Utility records such as electricity, gas, telephone bill
- Car or Boat registration certification
